After retiring from my architectural practice in early 2019, I formed GWDS, LLC (formerly Group West Development Services), a company focused on assisting clients in identifying, structuring and implementing successful development opportunities. I bring to GWDS over 25+ years of diversified architectural and development experience, drawing on my knowledge and understanding of project planning and design, the development process, construction methodologies, and creativity.
GWOR LLC (formerly, Group west Owner's Representation), a 'sister' company, provides a broad range of program and project management services throughout a project's development phases, including project initiation, pre-design, design, construction, occupancy and warranty.
I began my architectural practice in 1990 as Group West Associates. That firm evolved into Group West Companies PLLC (“Group West”) in 1992 to provide expanded services in the disciplines of architecture, interior design, real estate development and owner's representation. In recent years, Group West was superseded by GWest Architecture LLC of which I was a co-founder and the principal architect. My project planning and design experience is diversified, including commercial, residential, retail, hotel/ hospitality, and broadly-appealing gaming resorts and destinations completed for Native American Tribes with whom I have worked for over 30 years.
